Logica FC Debut: 10th August 1992: John Lewis 1-5 Logica. In Battersea in the summer, pre-match friendly. I only remember this huge centre half who continually humped the ball up in the air to great applause, and his partner a wee tiny centre half who continually headed the ball up into the air to great applause.

INTEREST

Model Pro (Models His Game on You): Franco Baresi - learned to roll up my shirtsleeves from him, cultured dirty bastard; Danny Blind - underrated leader and defender; Frank Rijkaard - cos he's a huge Pixies fan.
Favourite All-Time Player: Ghod, Neil Lennon; and playing for lesser teams - Maradona of course
Pre-Match Superstition: Swear a lot when the team is losing; Have a ginger player in the team; Always wear the number 4 shirt.
Interesting Trivia: Gave up playing football from age 13 to 30 when Tommy Coyne took my position at centre forward in the school team and I went off in an extended huff.
