Playing Strengths: Last minute slide tackles, last minute sliding fouls, long throw.
Playing Weaknesses: Lack of pace, a tendency to bring down players in the box (fairly) but the referee seeing differently.

Logica FC Debut: 11th January 2004: Rapid Decline 3-2 Logica. The reporter of the day noted: "And there was more promising talent on show in this fixture, with the debuts of both Steve Preston and Rob Sapwell ... Preston had less chance to impress, coming off the bench with just twenty minutes left to play on the right side of midfield. But he still did enough to indicate that he has all the ingredients of a good footballer."

Greatest Footballing Moment: Not generally known for my goal scoring ability but I did once score a 25 yard volley!
Worst Footballing Moment: Being forced to defend against Abbott in training, I often have nightmares about me being out run by him.

Model Pro (Models His Game on You): Rob Jones, he was the best right back ever.
Favourite All-Time Player: Steven Gerrard - he's quality defensively and going forward.
Pre-Match Superstition: Get up as late as possible before a game, occasionly combined with heavy drinking the night before.
