Technical problems are not something that Reevaldo usually suffers from, but this week he nearly lost out as the "If Selected..." Man of the Match Poll crumpled into an e-heap with the Hackney hole-merchant leading the pack by some distance. When the poll was revived, it was McWilliam and Trovato who headed the re-running and it seemed that those who had originally voted so promptly had forgotton who they voted for, or employed a single transferrable vote.

But as is supposed to happen in democratic circles, justice was done, and some last minute canvassing paid dividends as a late surge at the ballot box just saw the Walsall Wizard home. McWilliam and Trovato both contributed fine performances in giving Champions Lillington a run for their money, but we feel that Reevaldo was a deserved winner with a skilful and hard-working performance that lasted from the first to the ninetieth minute. He was at the heart of most of Logica's best attacks, and on the end of some of them as well. He rarely gave the ball away, and had the ability to keep possession in the middle of the park where it was badly needed. Oh, and he also won a tackle as well, a full-blooded 50-50 affair late in the second half. What more could you ask?
