Logica's display was unconvincing as they make hard work of finishing off ten-man Deportivo courtesy of a late Abbott winner, and it seems the MoM electorate took some convincing too. In the end the poll proved somewhat indecisive, with the laurels shared between Abbott and three midfielders: James Buck, Suranga Fernando, and Tom Perritt.
