It was a stirring all-round team performance to give Logica their third win of the season. After some clinical finishing from strikers Banoub and Hoyzone had given Logica a half-time 3-0 lead, and the pair some MoM votes, a goal conceded just after the break threaten to unnerve the home side. But a disciplined and battling rearguard action saw Logica steady the ship, and Pete Chapman was instrumental in calming the nerves. Seemingly everywhere both on the ground and in the air, he calmly dealt with anything the visitors could muster. Invictus were restricted largely to long distance strikes, and stand-in keeper Abbott was called upon to make a couple of sharp saves at full stretch that also bagged him a few approving nods from the MoM electorate.
