It was a quite bizarre first game of two halves for the new Supremi. The first half found Logica defending agressively and competitively, limiting Shoots to long range efforts, whilst some promising attacking play yielded a deserved lead. The second half didn't.

Fazel wasn't even in the original squad announced on Thursday. Coming down to watch, he only got his last-minute chance due to the non-appearanace of ex-Supremo Groom. But, especially in that first half, he produced a combative display in central defence that was simply inspiring to his colleagues, and did as much as anyone else to earn the interval lead. Once again, spectators were left to wonder why he is ever selected in any other position?!
