Logica struggled to raise the requisite number of players for this hastily arranged end-of-season fixture, and then struggled even harder to contain a rampant and in-form Alliance side chasing promotion with a vengeance. Nick Alexandrou made an impressive attempt to restore numerical parity by "doing the work of two men in central midfield" whilst keeper Mad Dog Sapwell pulled off a string of fine saves in between some back-breaking net retrieval work. Nich Fazel also impressed at the back, not least for his "unbelievable" diving-headed goal-line clearance. All of which defensive heroics suggest the score could have been a whole lot worse...!
