Another poor performance saw Logica scrape through to the second round of the Divisional Cup against mediocre fourth division opposition. Tragedy over-shadowed victory, however, as broke his wrist early in the game after falling awkwardly and having a fat Relay player land heavily on his arm. After being taken to hospital play resumed, and his replacement played very well in only his second match for the club.

Logica were twice behind but came back each time, with goals from and . scored the winner late in the game from a penalty, after a very dodgy decision from the erratic referee. The hero of the day (again!) was in goal, who after a string of excellent saves, also saved a Relay penalty in the last five minutes to ensure our passage to the next round.
