A second consecutive defeat and an atrocious performance to boot. Maybe travel fatique was to blame with Woodvale's ground being situated somewhere just west of an extremely westerly place (which coincidentally happened to be where lived). Despite this, a loyal band of travelling supporters arrived at Northolt Airport expecting to see a few goals put past fairly mundane opposition.
Logica started off poorly, and got worse. It seemed nobody could play even the simplest of passes to a colleaque. Matters weren't helped by an injury to , which left Logica with only ten fit players, and Woodvale's skillful right-winger the chance to exploit this handicap. Two goals in each half saw Woodvale home and dry, and these included a headed goal by an exceptionally short centre-forward. It was only at 4-0 down that Logica sparked into life, and then the forwards and contrived to miss good chances.
