Logica's bid for Cup glory came to a disappointing end as they crashed out of Little Ron to Fourth Division Valtaro Wasteels B at the second hurdle. Despite failing to reproduce the dazzling form that had seen them unbeaten during the previous month, Logica still managed to their scrap their way back into the game twice with equalising goals. But two late goals left them to concentrate on the league.

There was a tight three-way battle for this week's Man of the Match, with Scaramanga finally edging past the post first, not least for "chipping in with a goal and making some good passes". Close on his heels came the consistently excellent Melville Senior and Hoyzone, the latter's performance lauded by one (presumably irregular) spectator as "the best I've ever seen him play".
